Empty Bowls Chef Series: Ben Merritt and Stefon Rishel

Take your taste buds on a trip as you explore amazing local flavors at TAFB’s first-ever Empty Bowls Chef Series! Six highly acclaimed Fort Worth chefs will each give a cooking demo of a three-course meal. As the chefs share their cooking tips and tricks, you’ll enjoy food tastings and wine and spirit pairings. You’ll also receive a packet with recipes to take home and share with family and friends. In addition, you’ll be able to purchase beautiful bowls made by local artists. The August 17th event features chef Ben Merritt of Fixture Kitchen and Social Lounge and chef Stefon Rishel of Texas Bleu Steakhouse with a menu of Modern American Marvels.
